Remortgage Tracker

The Remortgage Tracker lets you monitor when your clients’ mortgage deals are coming to an end, based on the Interest Rate End Date field within each case.

Access the tracker via the Remortgages icon in the left-hand menu. For each case approaching its end date you can:

• Email the client — send them a prompt directly from the tracker
• Create a new remortgage case — the new case will include a link back to the original case so you can toggle between them
• Add notes — record any relevant information against the case
• Mark as Not Proceeding With — remove it from the active tracker view
