Contacting Your Adviser
You can send messages to your adviser directly within Surecase using the built-in chat.
Sending a Message
Open the chat via the Chat icon. Type your message in the box at the bottom and press Send. Your message will be received by your adviser and any colleagues linked to your case.
Notifications
When your adviser replies, a red notification badge appears on the bell icon at the top of the screen. Click the bell or the Chat icon to read the message.
Returning to Your Case
Press the My Applications icon to return to your case documents.
