Chat and Messaging
Surecase includes a built-in chat so you can communicate with your clients directly within a case.
Sending a Message
Open the chat via the Chat icon. Type your message in the box at the bottom and press Send. Messages are sent to all clients linked to the case, and they’ll receive an email notification.
Notifications
When a client replies, a red notification badge appears on the bell icon at the top of the screen. Click the bell or the Chat icon to read it.
Marking Messages as Read
Messages are only marked as read once you tick the envelope icon on the right-hand side of the message.
Returning to the Case
Press Back To Case at the top of the chat screen, or the Cases icon to return to your home page.
