Filling in “My Details”

Your adviser may invite you to view or complete your personal details within Surecase. When they do, a My Details item will appear within your case.

Completing Your Details

Open My Details and fill in the relevant fields. When you’re finished, scroll to the end of the document and press the Finish button.

Read-Only Mode

Your adviser can lock the Fact Find at any time, making it read-only. When this is the case, a notice will be shown at the top of the document and you won’t be able to make changes.
