Managing Your Documents
Uploading a Document
Click on the relevant pending document field, then either drag and drop your file or use Select File / the upload icon to browse for it. A preview is shown before you confirm — press Upload to complete.
To upload multiple documents to the same field, repeat the process — each uploaded file appears on the left alongside any previously uploaded documents.
You can only upload documents that have been requested by your adviser. If you need to provide something that hasn’t been requested, contact your adviser directly.
Previewing a Document
Press the magnifying glass icon on any document field to open a preview. Press the cross in the top-right corner to close it and return to your case.
Downloading a Document
Press the down arrow on the right-hand side of the document field to download it to your device.
Deleting a Document
Press the cross in the top-right corner of the document field to remove it.
Documents Sent to You by Your Adviser
Any documents your adviser has shared with you will appear in the documents section of your case. You can preview or download them using the icons on the document field.
Password Protected Documents
If you’re uploading a document that is password protected, let your adviser know the password via the chat so they can open it.
