Managing Your Organisation

Owner Privileges

Owner privileges are granted automatically when you complete the sign-up flow. They can be adjusted later within Organisation Settings.

Adding Advisers

Go to Organisation Settings in the left-hand menu and add new advisers from there. After adding an adviser, you must grant them permissions to see the relevant client accounts — without this they won’t be able to sign in.

Granting and Managing Permissions

To control which accounts each adviser can access, go to Organisation Settings, select the relevant adviser, and tick the accounts they should have access to.

Editing Organisation Details

Organisation details (name, contact info, etc.) can be updated via Organisation Settings. Always press Save Organisation after making changes.

Subscriptions

View, update, or cancel your subscription and payment details via Organisation Settings under Update Payment Methods. Changes take effect immediately.

If your subscription is cancelled, you can no longer add new cases or clients, but all existing cases remain accessible to advisers and clients.
