Requesting a Signature

Digital signature requests are managed within the Documents to Sign & Complete section of a case.

Sending a Document for Signature

  1. Press Request Signed Document.
  2. Select the document you want signed. You can preview it before sending.
  3. Select the signatories.
  4. Choose whether to notify the client by email.
  5. Optionally, opt in to receive a notification yourself when the document has been signed.

Once signed, you’ll be notified and the completed document will be stored on the case.
