Requesting a Signature
Digital signature requests are managed within the Documents to Sign & Complete section of a case.
Sending a Document for Signature
- Press Request Signed Document.
- Select the document you want signed. You can preview it before sending.
- Select the signatories.
- Choose whether to notify the client by email.
- Optionally, opt in to receive a notification yourself when the document has been signed.
Once signed, you’ll be notified and the completed document will be stored on the case.
