Signing In
When your account is created you’ll receive an invitation email containing a sign-in link. Follow that link to set up your account.
Sign-In Options
You can sign in using:
- A username and password — use the Forgot Password link if you need to reset it
- A connected identity provider — Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, or Facebook
Two-Factor Authentication
All users must complete two-factor authentication on every sign-in. The first time you sign in you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred second factor:
- SMS or voice call — a one-time code sent to your phone
- Authenticator app — such as Google Authenticator or Authy
- Hardware security key — such as a YubiKey
Biometric Sign-In
After signing in you may be offered the option to Log In Faster on This Device. This sets up biometric authentication — fingerprint or face scan — so you can sign in without entering your password or second factor on that device, provided your device supports it.
If you’re locked out due to a lost or broken second factor, ask your adviser (clients) or your organisation owner (advisers) to reset it. See Resetting a User’s MFA.
