Tasks

Tasks let you and your colleagues track actions that need to be completed, linked directly to the cases, clients, or remortgage requests they relate to.

Creating a Task

Tasks can be created from within a case or remortgage request. Add a description, assign one or more advisers, and optionally set a due date. The task will appear in the assignees’ task list.

Assigning Tasks

A task can be assigned to multiple advisers. Each assigned adviser will see it in their For Me tab. You can add or remove assignees at any time from the task card.

Due Dates and Snoozing

Optionally set a due date to give the task a deadline. Due dates are colour-coded — red for overdue, orange for due today, grey for upcoming.

If a task doesn’t need attention yet, set a snooze date instead. The task will be hidden from the main view until that date arrives. Note that a task can have a due date or a snooze date, but not both.

Navigating Your Tasks

The Tasks page is organised into tabs:

  • For Me — active tasks assigned to you
  • Snoozed — tasks you’ve snoozed until a future date
  • Reminders — tasks with a due date
  • Sent — tasks you’ve created and assigned to others
  • Completed — tasks marked as done
  • All — every task you have access to, including deleted ones

Completing a Task

Press Mark As Done on the task card to mark it complete. It will move to the Completed tab. If needed, you can reopen it from there using the task menu.

Deleting a Task

Open the task menu (three dots) and select Delete. Deleted tasks are not permanently removed — they can be restored from the All tab.
