No, you can cancel any time you like, any unused time will be refunded. Once you have cancelled you will still have access to all your data in Surecase but you will not be able to add new advisers, clients or cases.

We try to make Surecase as intuitive to use as possible but if you need some specific help please contact us.

Yes. Surecase has been designed to be “mobile first”, meaning we make sure the experience is optimised for use on a mobile device as well as tablets and desktop/laptop computers. The mobile experience is not a “cut down” version of the the desktop experience either; you can perform all functions regardless of the device you’re using.
